Adamant

Most days, if I’m out on the streets of where I live, I see one of my neighbours. He is a wonderful, intelligent and compassionate young man currently beset by all kinds of difficulties. Custody of his son, moving house and problems with his ex-wife. During our very brief conversations he updates me about his current situation, then always asks me how I am. He is infinitely brighter when his young son is with him.

He is in the process of selling his house. He has just changed estate agents. Once the house is sold he can move to where he wants to be, pay off his ex-wife and begin a new life. Anyone who has been involved with the selling of a house knows how uncertain it all is. We feel at the mercy of some unknown buyer. Our fate depends on a “stranger” fulfilling our needs. We can get our hopes up, then only to have them dashed by the stranger’s fickleness or own problematic situation. My neighbour (he is a very resourceful and attractive man) is very lonely (his words), but dare not start a new relationship given the constraints which surround him.

The solution? Simple. Feel The Wish Fulfilled…

So, I would tell him to imagine everything he wants- house sold, ex-wife paid off and reasonable, move into new house, new (non-exploitative or abusive) relationship, continuously happy son. He imagines all this, feels it with every fibre of his being, and all is well. Were he to do this I am convinced it would all happen.

But don’t we all have a problem?

Throughout our whole lives we have been conditioned to react. When we are down and feeling helpless, dredging up optimism is hugely challenging. Being down and helpless invites negativity to the table. When our fears are justified, as they mostly are, the die is cast. The vicious circle continues. Even when we see some light in the gloom, for example someone coming to look at the house, we tell ourselves not to get our hopes up, and we subconsciously entertain the potential buyers as if they are unlikely to be convinced.

How much light do we need to shift our position? To genuinely believe the house will be sold? To entertain the possibility of having, say, six potential buyers amongst whom there is one who will make an acceptable offer? What will it take?

Suppose I go away, knowing my neighbour is in no fit state to accept any amount of optimism, and I feel the wish fulfilled for him?

Is my own life exactly as I want it? Can I invest a large amount of my personal psychic energy into helping my neighbour? Will being of service to him be of service to me? There is no obvious reward for me. None. Or is there?

“It is literally true that you can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed.”

Napoleon Hill.

Were I to do this, the last thing that would happen (at the present time) will be to go round and tell him what I was up to. So, he sells the house and I announce: “It was me, using the power of feeling the wish fulfilled.” My motivation would be to give him this precious tool; fuelling my ego would be ridiculous. From a life of reactivity, what is the chance that he would believe any of this?

Are you familiar with this (yes, it is true and heavily documented) story?

A therapist in Hawaii was called in to State hospital where the patients were totally out of control. The ward where they kept them was a dangerous place. Staff turnover and sickness levels were very high. People would walk through the ward with their backs against the wall because they were afraid of the patients.

Dr Hew Len, an expert in the spiritual practice, Ho’oponopono, was asked if he could help. He agreed, and worked there for three years. Then the ward was closed because all the patients had been healed. Dr Len never saw any of the patients; all he did and agreed to do was review their files.

While he studied their files, he would work on himself – he would repeat a mantra over and over – and miraculously, gradually all the patients began to heal. After a few months of Dr Len being there, everything changed. Patients could now walk freely; medications were reduced; and some of the worst cases were being released and freed.

Staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. They ended up having more staff than they needed, because patients were being released and all the staff were showing up to work every day.

Dr Hew Len explained, “I was simply cleaning the part of me that I shared with them…total responsibility for your life, means that everything in your life, simply because it is in your life, is your responsibility. In a literal sense, the entire world is your creation.”

I’ll keep you posted.

Jack Stewart, October 5th 2021. Red October.

Trauma, synchronicity (divine timing) and simplicity.

Three things very close to my heart. Can trauma be explained simply? Peter Levine does a brilliant job, and I’m going to share extracts from his book Waking the Tiger, Healing Trauma. The extracts are all in italics.

I’m convinced, as collectively we move towards “another dimension”, there are so many signs of this shift that they will merge to create this “reality.”

Yes, dear friends, pay huge attention to what you may once have called coincidences. There are no such things, and when you add the word meaningful into the equation you have the definition of synchronicity.

In previous writings, and in several videos, I have maintained that no one is exempt, in 2021, from trauma. Naturally what is unique to each of us, is the impact and the symptoms.

Let Levine explain:

“Traumatic symptoms are not caused by the ‘triggering’ event itself. They stem from the frozen residue of energy that has not been resolved and discharged; the residue remains trapped in the nervous system where it can wreak havoc on our bodies and spirits. The long-term, alarming, debilitating, and often bizarre symptoms of PTSD develop one we cannot complete the process of moving in, through and out of the ‘immobility’ or ‘freezing’ state.”

The triggering event, if sufficiently overwhelming, causes us to shut down. We dissociate (detach) from what is going on around us, and may be in denial of it. The event may be so powerful as to cause us to even (like animals) “play dead,” to facilitate our escape after the danger has passed. If the event is physical, we may feel no pain at the time.

From personal experience, in 1977, I ran my car off the road and nearly killed myself. My memory of what happened is restricted to 1) getting in the car around half an hour before the crash, and 2) coming round in hospital some hours (?) later. There were of course many physical and psychological consequences for me. A few days after the crash, going to see the car, which was completely written off, made me realise how close to death I came.

“However, we can ‘thaw’ by initiating and encouraging our innate drive to return to a state of dynamic equilibrium.”

This innate drive is more than protection. It is what heals us at every turn. Without it, living-if that’s the right word-through the current insanity, we would succumb to the fear tsunami through depression and subsequent illness. Have you looked at the depression and suicide rates…?

Did I mention synchronicity?

Levine uses the example of an impala being chased by a cheetah at 70 miles an hour. He likens what is going on in the animal to a car.

“What is now taking place in the impala’s body is similar to what occurs in your car if you floor the accelerator and stamp on the brakes simultaneously. The difference between the inner racing of the nervous system (engine) and the outer immobility (brake) of the body creates a forceful turbulence inside the body similar to a tornado.”

In the “wild” animals discharge this compressed energy and rarely go around with trauma symptoms! They can release these powerful forces, we struggle.*

“To help visualise the power of this energy, imagine that you are making love with your partner, and you are on the verge of climax, when suddenly, some outside force stops you. Now, multiply that feeling of withholding by 100, and you may come close to the amount of energy aroused by a life-threatening experience.”

If, like me, you have no memory of the ‘trauma’, then it is difficult to discharge the energies. Two of the more obvious symptoms were my torso “seizing up” occasionally when having a shower and a deep semi-permanent feeling of unease. I’m sure there were many others, but at the time I rationalised both of these in a way which separated them from the car crash. Grin and bear it after all it’s only for life. Many years later (nearly 20) I took serious and significant steps to resolve this particular trauma.

Read any book, watch any video, read any article about trauma and you will find a list of symptoms. Being in denial or ignorance persuades us to attribute these symptoms to our lives of quiet desperation. We put up with so much, which massively diminishes our life quality, when it is all so unnecessary. Or:

“When we are unable to liberate these powerful forces, we become victims of trauma. In our often-unsuccessful attempts to discharge these energies, we may become fixated on them, like a moth drawn to a flame, we may unknowingly and repeatably create situations in which the possibility to release ourselves from the drama trap exists, but without the proper tools and resources most of us fail. The result, sadly, is that many of us become riddled with fear and anxiety and are never fully able to feel at home with ourselves and our world.”

We need to pass through, to release energy from the “immobility responses.” Otherwise, we remain stuck.

How is this for optimism (and truth)?

“Fortunately, the same immense energies that create the symptoms of trauma, when properly engaged and mobilised, can transform the trauma and propel us to new heights of healing, mastery, and even wisdom. Trauma resolved is a great gift, returning us to the natural world of ebb and flow, harmony, love, and compassion… I believe that we humans have the innate capacity to heal not only ourselves, but our world, from the debilitating effects of trauma.”

Hallelujah. Let the healing commence.

Jack Stewart, September 13, 2021.

* I find it fascinating, if we look at companion animals. I have been blessed to share my life with two cats in particular (one, Holly, is with me now) who have dealt with trauma very differently. Holly is fine, but it is obvious suffered greatly as a kitten before she lived with me, despite having had a pampered and wonderful life ever since. The other cat, Fleeb, absorbed the trauma of my wife Anne and myself during a very difficult phase of our lives in 2004.

The Pandemic of Inhumanity.

“The plague, whilst on its way through the desert, met a caravan. Asked by the leader of the caravan what it wanted in Damascus, the plague answered: ‘1000 people.’ As chance would have it, they met again in a few week’s time. ‘You lied,’ the caravan leader told the plague, ‘You took 5000.’ ‘No, no, no,’ answered the plague. ‘I honestly only took 1000. The rest were taken by fear.’”

Abu Battuta Muhammad Ibn Abu (1304-1368) from The Pandemic of Inhumanity, Franz Ruppert, IoPT Books, 2021

To be a successful therapist you must love your client. You have to let go of any bias, any judgement and be fully accepting of them. Someone coming to you to let go of maybe a lifetime of seriously troubling (often hidden) issues, and/or chronic mental or physical conditions does not want to engage in political debate.

Conversely, therapists are people and we have opinions.

Whilst I understand therapists, healers and trainers taking a backseat during this current attempted reset of humanity I will never endorse them or praise them for doing so.

Over the years I have seen world-famous spiritual teachers and personal development specialists avoid entering into the political debate. Whilst this has been going on the blackmailed, “woke” and compromised adrenochrome junkies from Hollywood have been queueing up to threaten Donald Trump, permanently bang the systemic racism drum, support defunding of the police, and endorse the whole host of “Democratic” rhetoric.

There are a few notable exceptions. Tony Robbins, Bruce Lipton., Eckhart Tolle, Russell Brand.

It is probably too much to ask friends and colleagues who run healing centres and therapy practices to make a stand. From personal experience I know there is opposition to this increasingly transparent scamdemic. However one phone call from the army of deluded and forever lost informants could close them down. Stay open, play the game.

  • IoPT

In the past couple of years I have come across and participated in Identity orientated Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT). Powerful, powerful stuff. The principal author of this process is Professor Franz Ruppert (Munich), a person I place in the highest regard. There are no splinters in his backside. His book, The Pandemic of Inhumanity, pulls no punches. Franz’s contention is that every single person on this planet is traumatised to a greater or lesser extent. It begins with conception, may occur during gestation and is probably most common at and post birth. Each generation (especially mothers) goes through this and it is passed on mostly without thought or acknowledgement. Some of us may have a beautiful conception/birth experience, but almost no one gets through childhood without trauma.

Alarmist? Justification and perpetuation of the victim mind-set? Yes, we now have a whole generation of pathetic race/gender/sexuality obsessed Stockholm Syndrome conditioned people. But what Franz Ruppert is talking about is far deeper, far more serious and is outside any mainstream media, ”education” (school), and Globalist plot. Or is it more sinister?

Watch “Who Am I in a Traumatised Society” (lecture May 2018 in London) on YouTube if you can’t be bothered buying Franz’s books.

Before introducing some IoPT theory, you need nothing other than an active mind to realise this whole Covid nightmare has not only traumatised billions of people but it has resurrected long suppressed and unresolved personal traumas, all of which compound our misery and compromise and negate our humanity.

  • Who am I really?

Our psyche determines who we are and how we live our lives. In a nutshell the psyche is how we connect with reality, through our senses, and also how we interpret and understand the world. It has three components, the healthy, the stressed/survival and the traumatised psyche. The healthy psyche allows us to differentiate between our internal and external worlds, between past and present, between reality and illusion and to separate I (my experiences) from You (your experiences). When in the stressed psyche, we are in the classical fight or flight mode. We focus on the stress or danger, which generates destructive negative emotions which persist until the perceived danger is over.

The traumatised psyche kicks in when we cannot resolve the danger through our thoughts and actions. Ring any bells? Lockdowns, masks, vaccines, anti-social distancing anyone? We deny what is happening, reduce our perceptions and become emotionally numb. We can no longer think clearly and our memories are unreliable. We go “into our heads” and are easy prey to manipulation and perverse psychological conditioning.

“Basically even breathing is now considered a risk factor… For the panic makers caught up in their control mania, the ideal situation at the moment would be that no one went anywhere at all.”

Franz Ruppert

  • Trauma?

Okay. So how are we traumatised in the first place?

Were you conceived from a position of love? Or violence? Were you wanted? Were your needs met? What was your mother’s mental state during the time you were in her womb? What happened during birth? What happened after birth? Did your parents want a boy and you were born a girl? Did your parents sacrifice their own needs during your childhood? Did they do this willingly or were they resentful? Were you abused in any way as a child?

Were you treated as an autonomous person in your own right? Or were you daddy’s girl? Or mummy’s boy? Did your parents attempt to fulfil their suppressed needs and desires through you?

And-no blame here-would you describe your parents as completely hang-up and issue free? Your siblings, did they have any issues or traumatic episodes? Did you have any family “secrets”?

I could go on, but the point should be obvious. And in case you’re wondering, stress during pregnancy has been scientifically proven to adversely affect brain development of the foetus.

In your adult life, has anyone betrayed you? Have you betrayed anyone? Have you taken on the blame for someone else’s actions? Why does it always rain on you?

But you got/you get over all of this, didn’t/don’t you? No lasting effects, after all that’s life isn’t it? And you can’t remember most of it…

P.S. We model/copy the behaviour of significant others (parents, other family members, authority figures) especially during our first six or seven years. This is how we become who we are. This is how the psyche develops.

  • The goal for you, the goal for humanity.

You may be wondering, given this pandemic of fear and trauma, how anybody can function? In the same way we see serial killers, criminal politicians and assorted psychopaths in the media acting “normally” we operate out of our healthy psyche most of the time.

However frequently or infrequently your “trauma biography” affects you, it seriously diminishes your life. Are any of these things familiar?

  1. “I was traumatised, but now I’m over it.” (if trauma exists, it’s everyone else, not me. Denial of reality)
  2. “It shouldn’t be like this.” (creating illusions)
  3. Routinely accepting the advice, instructions and opinions of experts, authority figures and “celebrities”. (not being you, identifying with others)
  4. Sacrificing yourself and your needs for others. (relationships, “those less fortunate”, society)
  5. Feelings of shame and disgust about yourself and your body.
  6. Not accepting you are a victim until the mask slips…(keep smiling, obey the rules, care for others, feel guilt and shame, be strong)
MURDERER!

Look carefully again at points 3 and 4. This is what governments all round the world are doing to their citizens. They are saying “You and your opinions don’t count.” In truth they have always said this, but have disguised it rather well. You must trust the experts. If you don’t stay at home, keep away from other people, wear a mask (get vaccinated!), you are killing people. Ignore the fact that every single one of these points can be challenged and disproved. Ignore the “inversion.” Those telling you to do this are the killers, not you. By denying you the basic human need of social contact, by instructing you to breathe in your own recycled germs, get hypoxia and take an experimental vaccine, “they” are killing the most vulnerable members of society. And if you are not vulnerable, by triggering the stressed and trauma parts of your psyche, they will ensure you soon are.

Might you hazard a guess as to who are the most traumatised members of our society? It couldn’t possibly be those who are in positions of power and influence, those we have allowed to do this while we have been asleep at the wheel?

The goal for everyone is to let go of the parts of our stressed and traumatised psyche, to further develop our healthy psyche and as we do this as individuals, so the collective does the same.

  • And?

“The situation is serious, but not hopeless.”

Author unknown.

“If we want a more humane future, it will depend on how much we are willing to face up to our truth, both individually and collectively. Because all these survival strategies, from epochs of humanity caught up in the madness of power and money, will only lead this earth further into chaos and into the erosion of any existence worth living. As has often been the case in human history, an empire that has become overpowering will then collapse because of the ignorance and decadence of its elites. In the long run, truth can never be replaced by propaganda, justice can never be superseded by the arbitrary use of force, and true humanity cannot be replaced by cynicism and hypocrisy.”

Franz Ruppert.

Thank you Franz for having the courage to speak out, to speak the undeniable truth at probably the most significant time in human history.

Jack Stewart, May 6th 2021.

A state of permanent dissatisfaction.

Over the years I’ve used a number of words to describe myself. Restless, curious, optimistic, always changing, searching… And then it came to me a couple of days ago. I mostly live in a state of permanent dissatisfaction.

And so do you.

The past, which has gone, haunts us. Why did I do that? I can’t blame them. It won’t happen again. I’ve not yet learned the lessons. It’s so easy to queue up unpleasant memories.

The future, which is always ahead of us, which is mostly unknown, makes us anxious. I don’t fancy that. Here we go again. What happens if? Ah well. Life is what happens while you’re busy making plans.

Okay. So what’s going on in the wider world?

We don’t know. Most of our freedoms have been stripped away. World “leaders” parrot the bullshit. Socially distance, wear a mask, get the vaccine. Life is joyless. Upturned benches, fenced off seating, shop alone, die alone. IF YOU GO OUT, YOU CAN SPREAD IT. PEOPLE WILL DIE.

It’s worse now than it was when it began.

Body doubles strut their stuff. Have you seen Biden’s ears? Clinton’s ankle tag? Have you forgotten Maxwell?

Tomorrow it will all change. It will all change before/during/after the Super Bowl. It will change next week. Maybe March. Possibly April. It might be October. Keep the faith, follow the plan.

Dissatisfied doesn’t cut it. Millions, if not billions, in a state of permanent anxiety. Terror frozen in the eyes between the hat and the top of the mask. Keep your distance, step into the road. Follow the rules.

Smile, say hello to a stranger. Lifts you and them for a while. Try to make eye contact, they step off the pavement before you do. Wear six masks. Get the clap from the NHS. Die with, from, or of Covid. Wear your mask whilst driving, the virus is rampant. They are prostrate.

Hydroxychloroquine is racist. Vitamin C is transphobic. Exercise discriminates against refugees. Climate deniers, Trump supporters and truth seekers should be rounded up and shot.

Tomorrow it could all change. It might change before/during/after the impeachment proceedings. It will change the week after that. Maybe May. Possibly June. It might be 2022. There is no plan.

Parkes, Ward, O Savin, Decode, Wood, Dave and LT are all part of a Psyop. Powell and Flynn are part of the Deep State. Women’s sports are dead. Move aside while that bloke declares himself a woman.

We are all victims. Unless we are white men. We are all oppressors but only if we are white men. White men are scum, super spreading scum. The world is institutionally racist, the streets are racist, dogs are racist. How dare you!

But Biden’s ears are different. So are his mannerisms. The inauguration was a joke.

We have to do it ourselves, no one can do it for us. Rip off your mask, stride out into the traffic and shout loudly: “IT’S A SCAM!”

No one can do it for us. No one is coming over the hill with an army.

Do it for yourself!

Do what exactly? Stand-up? Sit down? Stay at home? Go out and kill someone? Who am I killing? Is my virus more virulent than yours? How many have died? What is a case? Take part in the trial? Die a death.

Get online. You don’t need to go out. Have Zoom meetings. Have virtual hugs, virtual conversations, virtual breaths, virtual sex; have a virtual life. Is that right Alexa? When do I take my meds? How soon can I get my microchip?

What’s on TV? A game show. Watch the ads. Betting, BAME, booze. Hybrids, hamburgers, hernias. Do any of you remember the days when comedy was funny? Sorry I forgot, it was all racist.

Oh how I love my servitude. Did I just say that? What does it mean? I’m free. I can shop alone in the supermarket, I can watch TV 24/7, I can see my mum on Skype. And after all it’s only while we flatten the curve. The NHS is at crisis point. People are dying in the streets. Gritters come in the dead of the night to pick up the corpses. A round of applause for the key workers. How about a round of applause for me?

I complied. I cowered behind the sofa. I stopped using the same bathroom as my wife. I used a bucket instead. We both wear masks. We never touch each other, we communicate with What’s App. My hands are red raw from sanitiser. I have a rash around my mouth. My breathing is impaired. You selfish bastard, my hands and my rash are worse than yours. Your breathing is better than mine. And you’re only wearing three masks.

Life is shit. Life is joyless and truly appalling. But at least I’ve got a life, unlike the two billion who have died from this virus, and but for the Covid deniers it would have been only one billion.

When will it end? Covid is the gift that keeps on giving. I’m not sure I want it to end. I don’t have to think about anything. I’m safe. I’m just a hollow shell. Thank you Boris.

Bur things do seem to be going on around the world. Denmark, the Isle of Man, Myanmar, Taiwan. Why is that? Psyop?

Hang on though, it’s good to stop thinking. It feels peaceful here. I feel at home. It’s strangely pleasant, and God forbid, the word “hope” just popped into my mind.

I’m getting a bit fed up of hiding behind the sofa. Maybe I’ll go out, maybe I’ll feel the sun on my face, maybe I’ll appreciate nature…maybe life has changed.

For the better.

Jack Stewart, 9 February 2021. Love to you all.

Inspired Jamila...

The inability to receive support from others is a trauma response. Your “I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself” conditioning is a survival tactic. And you needed it to shield your heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.

From the parent who was absent and abandoned you by choice or the parent who was never home from working three jobs to feed and house you. From the lovers who offered sexual intimacy but never offered a safe haven that honoured your heart.

From the friendships and family who ALWAYS took more than they ever gave. From all the situations when someone told you “we’re in this together” or “I got you” then abandoned you, leaving you to pick up the pieces when shit got real, leaving you to handle your part and their part, too.

From all the lies and all the betrayals.

You learned along the way that you just couldn’t really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point. Extreme-independence IS. A. TRUST. ISSUE. You learnt: if I don’t put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won’t have to be disappointed when they don’t show up for me, or when they drop the ball… because they will ALWAYS drop the ball EVENTUALLY right?

You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt ancestors who came before you. Extreme-independence is a pre-emptive strike against heartbreak.

So, you don’t trust anyone.

And you don’t trust yourself, either, to choose people. To trust is to hope, to trust is to be vulnerable. “Never again,” you vow. But no matter how you dress it up and display it proudly to make it seem like this level of independence is what you always wanted to be, in truth it’s your wounded, scarred, broken heart behind a protective brick wall. Impenetrable. Nothing gets in. No hurt gets in. But no love gets in either.

Fortresses and armour are for those in battle, or who believe the battle is coming.

It’s a trauma response.

The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed.

  • You are worthy of having support.
  • You are worthy of having true partnership.
  • You are worthy of love.
  • You are worthy of having your heart held.
  • You are worthy to be adored.
  • You are worthy to be cherished.
  • You are worthy to have someone say, “You rest. I got this.” And actually deliver on that promise.
  • You are worthy to receive.
  • You are worthy to receive.
  • You are worthy.
  • You don’t have to earn it.
  • You don’t have to prove it.
  • You don’t have to bargain for it.
  • You don’t have to beg for it.

You are worthy. Worthy. Simply because you exist.

The Still Small Voice.

I’m very blessed to know a number of people with “special” talents. We all have special talents but given the inverted nature of reality only a few are able to develop and use them. I would exclude myself from this category; however, at the earliest possible age I became aware that the world was not as it should be.

Seven decades of socialisation, and seven decades of swimming against the tide have brought me to this point. The search for truth using an overdeveloped left brain, and being a recovering academic have allowed me to “enjoy” a dance with the unlimited right brain, spirituality and infinity.

We are now, Autumn 2020, at the very brink of the most cataclysmic change humanity has ever seen. Many have alluded to this, but in common with almost all prophecies, the exact timing has always been difficult to pin down.

We all know that the best prophets and visionaries will fade away, as the impact of their prophecies induces desired action and awakening. These subsequent actions often skew any suggested timeframe.

I have always subscribed to the practice of challenging everything. The downside of this may be obvious. It can dilute faith in truth and it can erode belief when continuously challenged.

The behemoth that is the Illuminati/Deep State/Cabal has always controlled the narrative in terms of physical reality and the psychology of perception. We know this.

And despite the fact we have been told we only need around 144,000 people to “wake up”, this has always seemed to me a pipedream. No matter what direct or spiritual action light workers could take, 99% of the global population would always be in a permanent state of delusion as long as their worldview was created by the Satanic elite.

Ironically, reading Karl Marx many years ago, one of the key ideas he promoted was the idea of false consciousness. How right he was. He talked about peasants being like “potatoes in a sack.” Right again. Marx is now, and soon forever, history.

If I were to tell you that I haven’t wobbled during the course of the last six months I would be lying. Despite the fact the mainstream media is incapable of telling the truth, when the lies never stop, when the impact of the lies are made manifest through mask wearing, anti-social distancing and incessant hand washing in makes it very difficult to stay grounded and centred. Since the mask “mandate” I have come across three people out of thousands who have not worn masks in shops. It is very challenging.

No doubt what has kept us all sane is the small, but growing daily diet of truth. We don’t need signs on the street, arrows on shop floors and pavements, traffic diversions, endless, utterly unbelievable reminders in every shop window to wear satanic symbols of slavery, conscious and unconscious propagandists on every conceivable media 24/7/365 to get our message over.

Imagine if the truth had this kind of arsenal!

Perhaps we have more powerful “weapons” at our disposal…

We have won. At last the forces of light have triumphed. We are on the home straight.

The voice in my head which I heard over 65 years ago has now become reassuring, as opposed to doubting, challenging and occasionally (temporarily) full of despair.

The incredible technologies which can be used to heal and transform rather than enslave and destroy await their unveiling. What will we do with our ever expanding freedoms that “they” tried to take away from us permanently? What will the 99% who bought the lies, the suppression, the lives of quiet desperation and enjoyed Stockholm Syndrome do now?

I suspect, along with almost all true spiritual seekers, we will not expect thanks or apologies from the sleepers for their ignorance occasionally leading to vitriol and condemnation.

Let us imagine the sleepers are prodigal sons and daughters and welcome them home.

Here’s another Covid denier and cult follower signing off.

WWG1WGA.

Love, Jack Stewart, September 28 2020.

Trump. Cyrus, the 45th president?

Such are the emotions generated by the mere mention of Donald Trump’s name that I will confine myself to an issue seemingly central to truth activists and spiritual seekers.

Is Trump our saviour?

My search for the truth began over 60 years ago, and no doubt what triggered it were the circumstances of my birth, hidden from me at the time, adoption. Attempts to come to terms with global, corporate and individual corruption took many forms but the mention of my background and history is relevant only to the wider question.

David Icke no doubt began his journey at a similar time (we are the same age, but the main focus in his case was 30 years ago) and I have read almost all of his books. His courage and persistence are legendary and his role in revealing the nature of the matrix is second to none. David Icke, following his appearance on the Terry Wogan show, was subjected to levels of abuse no one can imagine. As a consequence, rising above it all, he developed an amazingly resilient personality. I will always remain follower and supporter of this man; he is a gift to all sentient beings.

Icke was and is divinely inspired.

So, what do we do, the “truthers” faced with low-level resistance, incredulity and denial from the sleeping population? I know it can get more intense, especially on social media, but we carry on.

Since the plandemic, and well before, my daily visits to David Icke’s website were met with a host of educational and informative articles, but it seemed like to me an increasing amount of doom and gloom. I let go of my post-awakening depression two weeks after reading Icke’s first non-spiritual book, Robots Rebellion, in the early 90’s. Icke’s advice to realise we are spiritual beings of limitless potential having a human experience, to raise our vibration, to let go of the ego and our attachment to this world are universal truths.

The problem is most people dismiss him, without reading a single word he has written, and these universal truths as pie in the sky nonsense. We are aware of the relentless and insidious programming which keeps people asleep and in the dark, but for just about everyone the “sleepers” are our family and friends.

The Swamp.

Here’s a rhetorical question. Did anyone know how wide and deep the swamp was? How were we going to get from the realisation shown to us by David Icke and others (notably Alex Jones, Michael Tellinger, Jeff Rense, David Wilcock, James Gilliland…) to a New Earth? Whilst we know this is a spiritual war, even the most “enlightened” amongst us have to live out our lives on a three-dimensional earth plane.

I regard myself as a reasonably strong human being, but I will admit to not having the strength and conviction that many, if not all, of the others referred to above possess. I have friends, wonderful decent people, who do not seemingly (they do of course) have it within them to raise their profile dramatically and shout the truth from the rooftops. And if we default to a spiritual solution, the solution lies within. In the stillness everything happens.

So, we just sit back, let it all unfold and allow Trump to be the saviour of humanity. But of course we don’t. There are 1000 ways in which we can add our voice, our strength and our support to what is going on. It never was and never will be a question of letting Trump save us all. Unless you want to find a cave, go off grid, and stay in the cave until it is all over.

Sitting quietly, going inside, and sending out light, expanding your heart torus to your family, your friends, your neighbourhood, your town, your region, your country and the world will make a difference.

Imagining, assuming and above all else feeling what it is like to live in a world free of Demons and all the truly appalling and sickening practices we all have increasingly tolerated over decades has the potential to free the world as more and more engage in this process.

We do not want rose tinted glasses to become the new masks, but if rose tinted glasses represent liberation and masks oppression, perhaps we do.

As you continue loving your family and your friends, tolerate those who are still asleep. But never allow yourself to be cowed or compromised by the siren “woke” voices or those suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. If they wish to enjoy their servitude then so be it. I cannot subscribe to the calculated ignoring of global paedophilia. It sickens me. The colour of a child rescued from a cage underground is an irrelevance. Their sexual orientation is an irrelevance. Bombs do not discriminate on the basis of colour. Removing statues and reminders of an imperfect history condemns us to repeat it. Popular culture has been warped for decades. It is trivial, sensationalist, mind-numbingly repetitive, and with few exceptions is corrupting and as John Lennon would have it, insane.

Everyone reading this knows what to do. Merely reading this tells me and tells you that you are aware and are awake. By being awake your “vibration” lifts others. By being optimistic about the future, by refusing to join those willing to jump off the virtual (in some cases literal) cliff, to comply and to follow a life of servitude, you are one of the “White Hats.”

One of my friends organises weekly walks in his local community. The walks are a celebration of nature, a celebration of companionship and they lift the spirit. He is no fan of Donald Trump, and he is a partial subscriber to the mainstream narrative. And yet in his own way he is making a huge contribution. Long may he continue.

Trump and the Patriots/White Hats, are leading the change. Did anyone expect that liberating the planet from eons of evil and darkness would happen overnight? How was this change going to come about? An instantaneous shift? Jesus on horseback coming over the hill? A plan and leadership was necessary. We have that.

We all have our role to play. We all know what is right and what is wrong. Mainstream and cultural conditioning has blurred everything. No it is not right to joke about “killing Whitey.” It is not right for white, privileged, hysterical rioters to scream and shout at black policemen and women. I recall someone who I admire greatly, Douglas Murray, an outspoken critic of cancel culture and wokeness, talking about forgiveness. Forgiveness is absent from the mainstream narrative. As is morality.

Let anyone who is perfect criticise Donald Trump. Were Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi paragons of virtue? If you do your research you will find they were not. Every single person on this planet is a work in progress.

Trump is the representation of all that is good, that is godly and that is strong and courageous. He is also the representation of imperfection, of human failings, idiosyncrasy, ignorance and occasional arrogance. Trump is leading a team.

I challenge anyone reading this, anyone at all, to conduct themselves calmly and responsibly at press briefings populated by rabid, programmed, system-serving haters. You cannot, I cannot and no one could put up with the abuse indefinitely.

But I am wandering now into a defence of Trump and all his works.

To me enclosing it is all very simple. If we lose this, we lose everything. I could not stay in a world of depravity, debauchery, gender fluidity, lies and deception, greed, intolerance, ignorance and devoid of all hope. As the mask slips, all is revealed. But I won’t have to, and neither will you.

Trump is not the Messiah, but Trump is leading the charge. Do your bit, and that is enough.

And did I mention projection? Everything Trump is accused of is what the “opposition” are doing themselves…

Love to you all, Jack Stewart, September 16, 2020.

You are an Angel

gabriel

“Reality is an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”

Attributed to Einstein.

It’s easy to become distracted, after all people often spend their lives consciously distracting themselves through all kinds of means to avoid the painful reality of their existence or wanting to let go of their past. In truth we all do it to a greater or lesser extent.

Spiritual teachings and enlightened personal development organisations like the HeartMath Institute exhort us to “drop into the heart.”

I know that, along with almost everyone these days, the “reality” which surrounds us is profoundly depressing and seemingly without end. It is like an invisible dead hand crushing any hope and optimism we have. Many of us also know that if enough people Feel the Wish Fulfilled of a new Earth, it will come about.

The mainstream bias and media narrative is hiding in plain sight. I can’t believe anyone who is reading this post buys fully into the Government/BBC/CNN etc. narrative. However it is difficult not to buy into some of it, simply because the persistent illusion is more comforting than the truth.

My own introduction to this life was in the eyes of my parents, a secret that had to be maintained. I blame them for nothing, they were wonderful parents and like everyone else acted in what they saw as my and their best interests. I’ll never know whether I “signed up for” truth activism prior to incarnation or it was a consequence of being encouraged to always look outside of myself for answers.

To this day I believe in the ideals of justice, fairness and the wonderful words enshrined in the US Declaration of Independence. For most of my life I had never bought into the God thing.

Our first encounter with other human beings is with our family. I’m well aware that a minority, perhaps larger than I can imagine, are not born into a family. That family may be extended and/or be part of a community. A country is a collection of communities. God help us all (I’m a believer!) if the day ever comes that we regard the state as our parents.

Anyone who takes the time to study psychology knows that the most significant influences on our lives, especially during the first 6-7 years, are those who raised us. We also know that all kinds of trauma, accidental and deliberate, have a massive impact. Add to the mix the contemporary cultural conditioning of entitlement, victimhood and unlimited aspiration unsupported by the necessary talent or effort and we have an unbelievably dangerous cocktail. If you doubt that pay a visit to the American cities currently being ravaged by rioters.

I have repeatedly said on this site that a notional hierarchy of suffering helps no one. Few people- it is still far too many-have suffered the kinds of depravity at last being reported in the media. There are glaring and massive exceptions (human trafficking and sexual abuse) to a situation in which one person’s trauma is another person’s inconvenience. Having worked with male survivors of sexual abuse many years ago, there is not a single person I would wish their nightmares upon save for their perpetrators. I believe it is called justice.

Where is all this leading to?

A number of commentators have observed that “privileged” young people involved in the US riots are operating out of a position of personal trauma, and I would have to agree.

There is hope. There is always hope.

We are all here on this earth for a reason. It would take virtually all the earth’s resources to help all 7 billion of us to realise what that purpose is. What will it take, what does it take for people to wake up to the reality that we are spiritual beings having a human experience?

Marxism- I was a Marxist for many years- denies the existence of God. That you cannot go to church during this plandemic, that God has been under attack for many years and that hell on earth surrounds us should tell you all you need to know.

I will leave you with a quote from one of my favourite sources, the Joseph Communications. In this case is from Trance Mission (Band of Light Media 2019).

“You are an angel. You are an angelic being. You have been coming here for some time and you come here repeatedly with different sets of ‘clothes’ in order to experience. And the amount of time you are here is dependent on the amount of challenges you can face versus the effects of the Field in being detrimental to your body.”

If you want to know about the Field, find out from the Joseph website.

My one line answer to just about every problem has always been love. Love is the answer, Love Heals. It is and it does. But life is a little more complicated than that at the moment. So, step into your angel persona, rise above the static of the propaganda and the insanity.

But remember to wear your mask.

Love to you all, Jack Stewart, August 28, 2020.

Beautiful Noise?

mask 8We are doing the best we can during an unprecedented time. I’m not the most disciplined person, and my calling is all about change. Helping people change, helping organisations change.

However we need some certainty in our lives. Over the last few weeks and months it has become obvious how much I personally have depended on certain routines. Parking my car down a certain side street. Watching truth videos on television. Sharing my time with others. Each one of these has been disrupted in the last few days and (it’s all right now) it has amazed me how much pain (who would have thought?) has ensued.

Just about everybody I know has routines, disciplines and practices to a greater or lesser extent, usually relating to their personality.

I thought I was almost immune to concerns over routine disruption, but such is the background “noise” from the psychological attacks on us all that the noise can deafen.

What can we do about this noise? The first thing is to acknowledge how it affects us, and this is true of every single issue that concerns us. Denial and avoidance store up trouble. So I’ve acknowledged it.

Next? More routines, more distraction? No.

Talking about it to others? Yes this helps, but if it’s all you do you are back into avoidance. Give this a go. Feel your connection to a loved one. The loved one may be alive or in spirit. If you cannot be with your loved one for whatever reason, this is even more important. So perhaps in some ways the most significant thing you can do is connect to Source. Source? God, the universe, a higher power, nature. Take your pick.

Can you do this instantly? Some of you may do so, but for the rest of us it takes time, just like it has taken time for you to establish your routines. I leave you with this thought from someone who knew what she was talking about. Princess Diana as channelled through my late wife Anne Stewart:

“When you think you are powerless, and can’t move on and may be stuck, just connect to God and you will feel that wonderful power.“

Forget about staying safe, it’s propaganda, and of course work (arbeit) makes you free. Empower yourself, empower others.

Love to you all, Jack Stewart, August 3, 2020.
