Suspended. Definitely.

mmThe problem was caused by a bug at Plesk and has now been sorted out. So, as before this blip, I would recommend Top Host. We can all make mistakes. It’s how we deal with them that matters. JS, 18/11/2018.

Our primary site, has been suspended by TopHost owing to my exceeding the site limit apparently. In fairness to them, they have sent warnings that I am 100% on this limit.  The limit is 600MB? If you go to the site hosting page, my limit is seemingly 2GB. Having spent yesterday cutting stuff down to reduce the lower limit, my visit to it today (no warning issued) reveals it is now 720+ MB. God knows how this is even possible. My e-mails have also been stopped.

Being a grecophile, and overall am very pleased with their service, my earlier warning e-mails were in Greek. My Greek is useless.

So, if you go to the site, you will see a blank page and the service is unavailable on the top left hand side. I am attempting to sort this out, but am rather unimpressed. This appears here because I’ve heard nothing from them.
